Elliot has a strong focus and extensive experience designing, developing, and managing innovative investment opportunities, specifically in specialized healthcare facilities. Before co-founding Associated Physician Partners, he co-founded and served as managing director of Castling Partners, providing investment and development consulting services to healthcare and real estate clients. Additionally, he worked as an asset manager for Healthcare REIT (now Welltower), overseeing $1.5 billion in senior housing and medical assets across 23 states.
Elliot holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver.
